Club display areas will again be free, although a donation towards the firework display on the Saturday evening would be appreciated. All money raised by the appeal is used to buy fireworks and other associated materials for the firework display. There are no fees to pay as we have our own licensed pyrotechnician assisted by trusted volunteers. Last years display would have cost around £3,000 at commercial retail prices. We buy at massive discounts to put on this display. Please help us to maintain our process of continual improvement, costs are continually rising but so is the standard of our display.
Entry to Billing complex will be as follows:
£6.00 per car per day
£9.00 per car per day (camping & entry)
Your members can camp on Shelduck meadow 2 from Friday morning 26th July.
If you have any specialist suppliers you would like to have a trade stand or just somebody wishing to sell parts please let me know so that I can reserve space for them. The cost of trade stands is a donation at the end of the weekend unless a marquee is required for which there will be a charge prior to the event.
Please let me know approx. numbers by 30th June. We also require volunteers to set up the field on the Friday and to clear up on Sunday evening.[/quote]
