As title says, I have both front headrest from my S model is200, these are the cloth ones, same as Altezza.
If anybody wants them then let me know ASAP or they will shortly be going in the bin!!!!!

I had mine engraved with lexus logo by these guys....... Gibson trimming
Highly reccomend them, they unstitched the headrests then engraved the L logo and restitched them by hand using the same holes that the stitching was removed from.......... look like this
