The headlight washer doesn't work on my LS400,but I cant find the fuse in the fuse box by the steering column,on the cover I have a fuse location for a 30A that says P/W which I presume is Power Wash but cant find the fuse,or can anyone tell me where the motor is?

On the IS200 you need to switch the headlights on for the headlight washers to work- its probably same for the LS400 as well. Also make sure you have enough washer fluid in the washer tank.

Thank guys, yes the lights have been on when I tried
I recently had a prob with my washer but that was more to do with the bracket, however on the IS200 I've been told the washer works off water pressure and not a motor, and you do need to have the lights on.

Fuse should be # 12 (WIP) rated at 20 amps but this also protects the windscreen wipers and washers too so if they are working the fuse isn't gone.
When you operate the washers can you hear a motor/pump running?

Cheers Jom, the LS works on a motor as there is a fuse for it but I do wish it worked the same as an IS.

Wipers are OK so it's definitely not the fuse, but no sound from the motor/pump,would you have any idea where it's located please Steve

It should be located in the left front corner of the engine compartment behind the headlight.
