Hi Everyone.

I have to take my headlights apart and was wondering if it would look better if I removed the amber indicator filter and used those mirror glass amber bulbs. My car is silver so I was thinking it would blend in better.

Has anyone done it and can post up some pictures so i can see before and after.

When I had my lights apart I blackened the silver bits and whilst there I also tinted the orange bit all done with a tin of smoked spray purchased from the local motor factor

Thanks for the pics. It does look better.

Im having the garage who is fitting my suspension to fit angel eyes at the same time and its tonight so I dont think ill have time for him to spray the tint on as well.

did you use anything to clean the lens up at all, just 1 of mine has a bit of discolouration to it not sure if it's the glass or the inside of the head light ????

I decided to do it so I though id post up some pictures. It has amber bulbs in at the moment as my silver ones havent arrived yet.
