I had my LS430's MOT and had suspension work done under warrenty. The service was top notch yet again. I'd like to thank Kathrine in the service department. Very professional as always and I would like to appologise most perfusely to the mechanics who had lots of trouble fitting my SL2Vi iPod adapter which now works perfectly. Thanks again to everyone at Lexus Woodford. Very pleased with the service.

Great service just as it should be

Always mean to post reviews myself, but never bother to in the end - have to agree though, had my car serviced again by Woodford just over a week ago and the service there continues to be excellent. Tend to always deal with James who is always willing to go above and beyond what is really required..........plus he's a thoroughly decent guy to just have a chat to as well

I know what you mean. When I put mine in last Friday for the MOT and iPod thingy, I asked if I could have the LS460 for the day. For one reason or another I couldn't have it so I had James's RX350. I thought it was jolly decent of the guy to let me have his car for the day. Even chatting to him about the iPod adapter prior to the visit he was a nice person to deal with. Even though they kept my LS till today, they gave me an IS250SE with satnav for the weekend. I would like to meet the oik who had it before me and smoked in it because I would like to beat them to death with the a pillar cover which they filled with fag burns.

P.S. I would like to add that I don't approve of condone the behavior of the beating of people with a pillar covers with fag burns in them.
