Full Version: Ls400 Ser 4 For Sale
Lexus Owners Club > Buyers and Sellers Corner > Cars For Sale
Chris Skelton
Well, I don't REALLY want to sell it, but having retired, I'm having a bit of a slim-down! I'd be very happy to have no one interested at all! But I'm selling lots of stuff, (including my famous hi-fi speakers!)
Anyway: it's a 98 Series 4, in Maroon metallic, with just over 80000 on clock. I love the colour out of all the choices available. Full Lexus history of course.
Cam belt done.
MOT until next August; taxed till Jan.
Only gently used for last 3 years. And previous owner had multiple cars so only used it occasionally. Always garaged.
I only really use it on long journeys and we tend to stay home (with the hi-fi?!!)
I use the S-Cargo in town, day-to-day.(Also for sale...see 'For sale' section too!)
Folks on here know I'm fussy about my Lex. Took me a good time to find this one when I switched from my Ser 3 -3 years ago.Have only done about 8000 miles since. Put set of (proper, Japanese sourced) Dunlops on it about 2000.miles ago. Everything works (of course!) Paintwork good. Wheels have been refurbed and I'm imminently about to get the famous WIM Geometry/balance treatment so it'll be as smooth as.....a magic carpet!. Recently serviced.

O.K. I'd like £7000, but to Lex members, only £6350? (Later......See below!)
Yes, I know you can get cheaper ones. But you'll pay later! I really thought I'd keep this for at least the next 10 years (and may yet do so!) So I'm confident in its condition.
Get in touch for more pics and info, in case I've missed something.(Yes! It has towbar capability, plus extra oil radiator. Never used it. Previous owner intended to tow Lotus 7, but then sold it!)

Price reduced to £5900. Lowest milage Ser. 4 I've seen for a while. Just run-in?
Ask away. Test drive if near Bristol?

Of course, you can try an offer? I have my eye on something else now so........(-:
