Im not sure if this is a new noise or has been there always, but i only just noticed it today.

When the engine is off, but the ignition is turned fully on there is a constant slight buzzing noise that sounds like its coming from either the throttle body or the motor under the throttle body i think thats the alternator, but not sure...

Is this normal ?

Cheers

Is that the noise your hearing? It might not be the same engine on yours but maybe it has the same throttle body.

if its the same setup as the IS200 then its the servo motor on the throttle body - perfectly normal
