Spent this weekend fitting the OEM wheels I bought form Anees - turned out to be a slightly bigger job than I thought - as I had to replace all the studs (previous owner had replaced original 35mm ones with 50 mm ones due to the aftermarket wheels needing them)
My car is now a completely different car - No vibration at all - and it also feels so much smoother even at lower speeds. Its like a new car ;o))))
I am just amazed at how the aftermarket wheels ruined the ride and caused me to spend hours and cash on looking at trying to fix the problem.
Not sure why - Offset was different (35 vs 50) and I also notice the Lexus wheels fit better - I like the way the nut sinks into the rim and pretty much touches the brake disc - Got to be a better fit than the OEM nuts that just "rest" on the rim.
One happy bunny - I just wish I had done it in the first place.....
Due to the offset change - I'm guessing this will have altered the geometry of the car?? - So probably due a trip to Tony @ WIM to make sure everythings just right.
