As posted in the RX thread, our SUV had its 60K service with Lexus MK.
Very satisfied with their handling of the service and we were left satisfied with the level of attention we received.
But the real motive behind this post is to let folks know that (Lexus MK at least) offer a number of valeting options. Because we have beige interior in our car it had taken a bit of a hammering in the last year - we decided to go with an 'interior valet' only.
The vehicle was valeted to a stunning level - the valet cost only £45 and the finish was superb. It brought back the beige interior to state of [almost] new. I checked the car thoroughly for areas they might have missed or didn't clean properly - but couldn't find anything. The attention to detail was superb and I was left thoroughly impressed (they kept it for about 4HRS).
I cannot recommend this service at Lexus MK highly enough. For the money the finish is unquestionably unparallelled and they even left a tube of some sort of Supaguard leather treatment in the car for keeping on top of the clean.
Absolutely delighted.
