I remember your previous post, have you tried Citizens Advice? Alternate is if you look up a solicitor in somewhere like Yellow Pages I think most offer a free 30 minute consultation.

Also, a lot of household insurance policies include a free legal helpline, which might be able to help with this sort of thing.

Some unions do to T&G for one

Some bank accounts also offer this type of service.
