I remember your previous post, have you tried Citizens Advice? Alternate is if you look up a solicitor in somewhere like Yellow Pages I think most offer a free 30 minute consultation.

Also, a lot of household insurance policies include a free legal helpline, which might be able to help with this sort of thing.

R U in a union? most unions have a free legal helpline, as do some Gold Credit card, bank accounts etc
