Just a couple of questions really,
1 - Partco can do me the front top wishbone/ball joint for £235 inc VAT per side, good or bad?
2 - On the front brake pads should there be a backing plate/shim on the back of the pads or are they just pads & calipers?

1: Reads pricey...... try Prolex they have some good deals.
b 2: Yes there are shims.

Cheers Tony,I'll have to go to Lexus for the shims then as there's none on the pads and I'll look at Prolex, plus can I make it next Tuesday instead of Monday for the tracking and is it still OK to fit the track rod ends at yours.

i would look at getting them in the US, from Sewell lexus, alot of peeps have bought LS parts from them, and the prices are very good, even with import costs

Ya I agree with Mat. IIRC, I got my upper arms for my old LS400 from Sewells for 170 quid each, and that was after the final price inc shipping and taxes.

Just checked with todays exchange rate I'm only £30 cheaper getting them from Sewells and thats without getting charged by customs here.

Does anyone else get rediculous shipping costs from the Sewells website? I tried just putting a radiator cap in my shopping cart and the shipping cost was $90! With a few other bits (all small parts) it went up to over $200!
