Using a drill I ve made an opening at the ashtray AND to the plastic that holds it.

Then with the help of Velcro (one peace glued on ipod and the other using the 2 screws on the ashtray cover), ipod follows the movement of the cover sliding towards the shift knob and back up.

For anyone who wants to do it, i have to say that the ashtray plastic is a little hard to make the opening as it is thick and it seems it's easy to be broken (I broke a whole piece and had to glue it... )

On the contrary, the plastic peace underneath, that holds the ashtray, is very easy to cut.
