ls 400 has no fuse marked ects only efi 1 and 2 what do ido noww to reset ecu please
I do not know how to do it by fuses on the LS, on the IS you can also do it by disconnecting the battery for 15 mins

You can just pull the efi relay under the bonnet. H in the box. that will kill any efi commands.
What year is your ls? As said before you can just disconnect the battery and press the brake pedal to kill any charge in the system.
