I'm back now from the chrimbo do as well.
I had a great day and met a few members i already knew and a few new ones.

So great cars and a good turnout. Also got taken for a quick blast in Daves Rotrex car, the things a beast!

And that is not a clean engine bay lol. I really need to spend some time tidying it all up.

Looks like it was an ACE meet up.....really gutted coudnt make it.. had to work and we cant book any leave from 1 dec till 2 jan..work is bloody mental all those xmas cards.......

Well done everyone, was a good turn out, i wish i could have made it.

I shall be talking to the Ace cafe about some regular meets throughout next year.

That was is300_dino's car. To be honest, when I saw the older pictures (on this forum somewhere) I thought the bonnet mesh looked awful. But it didn't look so bad "in the flesh" (so to speak). Still not totally to my taste but each to their own, it would be boring if we all liked the same things.

Wozza, thanks for showing me your audio/visual set up, boy that's something else, loved all of it especially the DVD player and front/rear cameras. Also thanks to Wozza and Steve for making the Ace pick up of the Group Buy shiny bits go so smooth.......still not had time to play with them yet though as I need to paint the rad brackets first.

I was impressed by the turn outs you get down there, so hopefully I'll make another one in the future although it was a fair distance but at last I got to see some of the S/C's in the flesh & meet many members I had not met before.

Although Steve & Keith just picked on me for having the horns still showing, I promise I will move them before the next meet And thanks for the tips on resprayin the engine bay parts this time I will put more effort in (there all currently flaked apart lol)...

& thanks to Kev who cleaned my lights for me I could see on the way home in the dark yay.. next time you can do the whole car if you would like, I have the clay bar if it's helps
