Good luck with the Jag. Nothing like a touch of British class.
My partners dad has an 03 reg XJ6 and I really like it. For a three litre v6 is shifts preety well. Being made of mostly aluminium helps though. It has all the toys fron touch screen satnav to DVD screens in the head restraints.

always had a soft spot for Jags, but I do think the LS is superior in every respect.......except for style

the ls had a more superior feel in a straight line and for silentness................. but i feel more at home in the xj8
and at the risk of annoying anyone......................the jag looks so much better

I always hankered after Jags, having been in E-types, up to most of latest models.
Agree that most Jags look sexier to start with, but must say the house brick look of the LS400 has grown on me mind you the standard alloys do nothing to help.
Also I would say that an 11 year old LS400 is going to be a better mechanical bet and a damn site nicer to drive than your average 11 year old Jag.
