Hi everyone i just got a lexus is300 i wana turbo it anyone know anything about that???... how much do i need to change, what turbo is good and what brand as well as well as how much it might cost... Thanks guys i dont know much about lexus but i go one so got to figer it out lol...

iirc there are quite a few bolt on Turbo kits for the IS300 mate am pretty sure HKS/Greddy/Blitz do a turbo kit for the IS300

Hi mate, Swift Racing Technologies over in the states do various turbo kits for the IS300, its all down to your budget. I suggest also looking at the website MY.IS They have plenty of turboed IS300's and alot more info specific to the IS300.

Not sure if im making this up but i thought someone said that the US kits will foul on the steering column ? Might have been for something else thought so dont quote me.

Thanks..... Do you hapen to know how much boost i can do with out changing the internals... or is it best to just put in stronger internals and than turbo it...

7-8 psi is safe boost on the internals. up to 10 psi with thicker headgasket and ARP Head bolts Any more boost, upgrade the internals. As Stav says, all the info you need is on MY>IS
