When I lock my car with the remote button on the key fob the indicators flash and it locks the doors except the the offside passenger door so I have to lock it manually.

Does it unlock ok? The central locking motor in that door would be my first guess, or dodgy wiring.
My Aristo had a similar thing before I bought it. The previous owner took off the doorcard, and sprayed some WD40 on th lock and solonoid. Been fine ever since 
Yeah the solenoids are prone to dying I believe, will give that WD40 thing a shot though as one of mine likes to play up during the winter!

Yes unlocks OK just happens on the locking,I will follow all the good advice and WD40 the lock and solenoid.
