Hey people.

I've had this problem with the remote since new, the reception on it is terrible. It has a new battery in it but that's not improved it at all. Is there anything I can do (other than get a new one!) that will fix it? It's the black one with no key on it. I might have a go at the reset thing, but I don't want to kill the key completely.

If you work something out mate let us know, it winds me up how poor mine is too.

Same problem when I had my Series 1. Never found a permanent fix in 6 years. Reset improved it but only short term and the range was very poor.

I owned my Series I Sport for over four years and never found a way to improve the keyfob's range. On rare occasions it would work from much further away than normal and on some occasions it wouldn't work at all.
