Not what i expected but my 08 reg IS250 auto broke down today!!!! not happy!!! Right in the middle of a T junction.
"Check VSC" was the main error. The car just wouldn't start again. Pushed it to the side of the road (at the amusement of a lot of people)
RAC was called and after 2 hours they gave up and towed it to where I got the car from (Lexus Bolton)
I called Lexus Bolton and they said they had no car and suggested I call the RAC again for them to sort a hire car out!! Guess what I got? An Astra diesel!!!!! again not happy.
Anyhow, there will be a call tomorrow to Bolton and if it is going to be long term I want something a bit better than an Astra!!!

lexus should sort you out a like to like car thats a warranty problem you should get in contact with lexus customer service

Oh dear not what I want to hear when I have just been given confirmation of delivery of my first Lexus. I have a 250 SR Auto coming on Wednesday and so far heard nothing but good reviews about their reliability!
