The auto headlight level warning sensor has been coming on and staying on from 2min to 20 mins. I believe its one of the sensors needs replacing or just cleaning up.
But after driving two hours with headlights on, (the sensor warning light went out after 20 mins). I turned the engine off. The headlights flickered for a couple of minutes before turning off.
Any ideas to why this is happening?

The auto sensors are just for the level, nothing to do with the power to the headlights?

The headlights turn on/off okay today, no flickering before going off.( Sensor warning light still on)

Would it be the relay causing the flickering?

check ure circuit board in the drivers kick panel is not wet with all the rain, the screen can leak,
