Taken from one of the daily rags:
A woman was stunned to discover her long-awaited brand new company car had no reverse gear.
Sharon Jones, 32, had been looking forward to the arrival of her Nissan Primera for several months following delays. But, shocked delivery men were unable to back the car off their truck after transporting it from a Birmingham showroom to her Bristol office.
Nissan has, not surprisingly, admitted the car has a design fault

I wonder if it still had its' rear-facing camera fitted, or didn't it need one?

A friend of mine bought a 2.0SLX Primula from a main Nissan dealer and happily drove it for a year. When it came to renew his tax disc, he studied the form and found that the garage had in fact sold him a 1.6 instead of the 2.0
He took it back to the garage and they did him a deal on a 200SX which also came with a free dusbin lid sized gold medallion. At least both his Nissan's had a reverse gear and he also saved 0.4 litre difference in MPG for a year!

Nope, once you take delivery of the car, BMW, free of charge, fit the new owner with an extra R's sole.
