Hi,
Ok after many years I can now get my LS in the garage on a permanant basis ( was used as my workshop for TV repairs but no one has them repaired anymore even I bought a new one!)
But should I provide some heat in there or not?
I was thinking of those panel heaters that don't use much electicity just to keep the ambient temperature up a little bit but can this cause more problems when the car goes in wet?
Any comments apprieciated.
Cheers,
Steve

no real reason to heat a garage unless you are working in it !
what is more important is keeping good ventilation
if you are putting the car in it when it is wet, it may be best to wipe it down first

if a heater doesnt use much electricity it isnt much of a heater, most low power heaters wont make a difference to the ambient temperature in a space as large as a garage

Hi Steve,

I would have thought it all depends if you put that engine mod back on ( it was missing at the midlands meet ) as your car may go with a big BANG
