Got my new wheels today. They look very nice - much better than the lexus 16" ones.
:yahoo: :hehe: :yahoo: :hehe:

(Felt compelled to clean the rather gruby brake calipers as suddenly they are much more visible. )

OK the big QUESTION: The tyre/wheel place fitted different wheel nuts as the lexus ones don't fit these wheels. They aren't locking but they have a smooth outer surface and an inner surface that looks like a very fancy allen key. They said I didn't need locking wheel nuts as you need a little adapter thing to fit in the hole - which I have to keep in a safe place.

What do you think? Am I going to be swapping my wheels for bricks? Should I get some more usual locking wheel nuts too?

do you mean every nut is like you say ?

i wouldnt beleive lexus locking nuts are any more secure
with the tools available in your local halfords most locking nuts are pretty useless
i would imagine lexus wheels arent the most desirable to the local theives due to their
uncommoness and fitments
