I have a black interior dashboard for my new 400h and have noticed that its getting marked quite easily and turning a few places almost grey.

I have tried using a traditional back to black, (Turtle Wax) but that doesnt seem to cover it up.

Has anyone else had this problem? and if so, what products did they use to clear it up? Do Lexus stock any products?

Thanks in advance! :shutit:

I can't help you directly, sorry, but I suggest that you also try posting over on the Detailing World forums, where there are lots of professional detailers as well as amateur ones, and I'm sure they'll have some good advice for you.

not sure about restoring it back to its original state, but THE BEST product for interior trim etc IMO is Aerospace 303!! Its the absoloute nuts mate!! has UV protection too so will help stop the fading issue as well.

Yep, Rob's spot on - 303 Aerospace Protectant is very good, and does a number of other functions too - tyres, wiper blades, door rubbers.
