Hi - I'd like to fit some GS300 alloys and tyres to my Is300 Sportcross and wanted to know whether the extra width (fronts) & wall height of the standard tyres will be OK on my standard suspension setup?

I've got 215 45 R17s on the front and 225 45 R17s on the back currently
