i was wondering how does the LSD on the sport is200 compares to any aftermarket ones.

the factory LSD is a Torsen torque sensing type, most aftermarket are mechanical friction clutch type

I imagine getting a Sport LSD from a breaker will be significantly cheaper than buying an aftermarket one.

Aftermarket LSD ->
(+) stable performance
(-) more wear. You will need at some time service.
IS200 Torsen type LSD ->
(-) variable performance depending on factors as oil temperature for example
(+) practically no more wear than any conventional differential
