Is there anyway of bypassing the amp as the is no sound coming out of the stero,had the headunit , cd and the amp out yesterday to check all the wiring and it look ok ?.So i was wondering if theres any way of bypassing the amp why i try to get my hand on a replacement amp.

Can you confirm which GS300 you have mate, Mk1, Mk2? You will need the correct amp for the year/mk of your GS.

Yeah - you need to be a bit more specific. The Mk1 was still being made in 1997, as was the Mk2.
