Advice needed as to why there is a knocking noise when turning right...

what about the wheel bearing ??
Is the tracking rod straight, hasn't got damaged/bent at any point and may make contact with part of the car in the right conditions

is the brake disc cover in contact with anything or close to hittting rubbing on a part of the hub assembly

Mmmmm very weird noise...might be good if you posted it up on the WIM wheels-inmotion site....well to me it does sound like the lower ball joint but it cant be because its already been changed....i will keep listening and try and think what it might be..... :winky: Have you checked the steering rack and the drive shafts...?

Bottom balljoint, top mount/bearing, rack. They'd be my thoughts.....

Ah... I didnt listen to the file earlier...

CV joint I reckon. Or the diffs on its way out.
