I have 2 jobs currently, one is in Administration for my dads company (he owns a couple of Residential Car Homes in Whitley Bay and Blyth) and my second is an online business on Ebay selling clothes and that paid for my IS :D
Much prefere sitting in doors refreshing my ebay page than re-inventing policies and procedures for care homes to which there is a lot! :)

What equipment do you use?

I too 'dabble' in photography and have...

Canon 5d mkII
Canon 100-400L
Canon 100 macro
Canon 24-105L
Bowens studio lights
Loads of studio equipment and props.

I am a bit of a jack of all trades, and take photos of almost anything. I used to have a studio to take portfolio photographs for women and men who wanted to get into modelling, but got rid of it due to lack of time i could give to it. I basically got too busy that i had to end it, due to also working 12 hour shifts at my full time job.

In the 90's i used to have a darkroom and do my own developing too.

Maybe we should start a photography thread to post images and offer advice to those who may need it.
