It is time I replace my exhaust on the Toyota Harrier 1998 model. However, does anyone have the part numbers for for parts of the exhaust as I am loathed to go to my Toyota dealer.

I don't know which engine you've got, so I can't check myself but if you go [url="http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/"]here[/url] and put in the details of your car then you'll be able to access all the parts diagrams. The full part numbers are the ones in the table on the right, not the short codes on the diagram itself.

The engine is 1MZ-FE 3L.

Is there a generic lexus/toyota model which utilises the same exhaust as I guess that exhaust fitting centres will not have this exhaust parts and most likely will need to go to Toyota.

Any ideas.

These seem to ahve the same part numbers for the exhaust, so could I assume that a Lexus rx3000, UK 2001 exhaust system is the same as my Toyota Harrier 1998 (Jap)?

Are all the parts in the right-hand table (not the diagram) the same ? If so then it's a pretty good bet that parts are the same.

I don't know anything about the Harrier/RX300, but an example from a similar timefame the Altezza/IS200 share a lot of the same parts, including the exhaust system when the engine is the same.
