what can i say, when i initialy went into the salesroom the salesman told me that "toyota was on the side" which got my back up(that was the only time though, and i dont look like your typical lexus driver with my stupid hair and silly jeans). From word go i was treated like a super-star and not only by the salesman who sold me the car but by all the other salesmen too.

went for a drive of my soon to-be baby and was i suprised, i did'nt just go round the block got about 30mins drive time in. wow.

o.k. baught the car fine, a bit of a rattle on the brakes etc, ohh take it back see whats up, the salesman was again great took me through to the servicing part got a guy out and we decided i'd give it a day or two as the car had been stood. low and behold no noise. had to take the car in for an r.a.c check a bit later, due to warrenty and i'd had a slight accident with the door, wind caught it and poped the centre pin out, no problem i'll get on of the lads to have a look at it. nice working door again now, how nice.

o.k next time i was in was for bits, thought i'd splash out on some skirts, went into the parts dept and was chatting to the guy, told him i wanted a price as i could get a discount up in newcastle been "gold" no problem says he i'll match it, no card required just took my word which was nice, i promply left with his business card and the knowledge that whenever i want any bits, i don't need to go in he'll order them for me and ring me when they arrive, on leaving the salesroom the manager gave me a wave checked everything was fine, did i like the car etc.

all in all i have to say it has been a pleasure dealing with lexus teeside and i can honestly say that i cant see me buying a car from anywhere else, keep up the good work and heres to a long and expensive relationship on my part.

Glad to hear of your excellent experiences with Lexus Stockton. If you haven't already done so please post a dealer review. You know it makes sense.

My experience with Lexus Teesside is not a very good one.
My car has been in and out of that place over 20 times for the same problem and they haven't even fixed it yet.
