I own a Toyota Windom 3.0G 1999. Just shipped it from Japan to the UK when I moved here. It is pre-installed with the GPS and it was indispensable for me in Japan. What I wanted to know was whether it would be possible just to change the CD in the boot to a UK or European map CD or whether that doesn't work. I have heard differing opinions but none from anyone that actually owns a Windom. So, was wondering whether there is someone who owns a Windom or knows of someone who does and has actually tried using the GPS.

Alternatively, if it doesn't work, any suggestions on where and for how much I could acquire a a good GPS system in the UK?
