I thought I read somewhere here that there's a member who works for Lexus MK - if that person 's here, could he/she mail me please, I'd like to ask a couple of questions.

My question would be:

When is the new MK dealership opening? It's been a while now.......

I bought my Lexus from MK. Wouldn't go near them if they weren't selling Lexi. Shysters the lot of 'em.

under new management.. it will be part of the Sytner group

very good group too.. i have not heard of any complaints myself..

The franchise has changed hands three times in the last few years. They keep a lot of the same staff.

Obviously profits are not good and they get desperate. But then that's true of the whole of Milton Keynes.

I am sure Nick the main principle for Lexus Sytner will soon get things back to shape.

The staff have had to wait a long time to get their jobs back and if so it doesnt mean they are gonna act the same way as before... staff needs managing properly.

We should NOT tar a dealership (centre) with the same brush... MK will be spot on if It is like the rest of the Sytner group.

Just bought a 220d through the new MK dealership. First Lexus so no experience of the aftersales/service yet, but can't fault the sales staff. Definitely several steps above my local Hatfield dealer and much keener to do business.

Been in there a few times for parts, each time have been offered a cup of coffee, sat down and waited for the parts manager to come out with the part needed, paid and then returned with change, all without me leaving my leather coated seat in front of the TV with a cup of coffee.

Can't fault Lexus MK in any way, going to be booking mine in for a quick check over soon I think.

I too have found Lexus MK to be excellent, I have been in there a number of times and have also been offered endless amount of coffee laugh.gif . They are always on the ball there and go out there way to help.

great stuff.

I went one weekend, showroom full of customers, no sales person in the showroom, potentially ****** off new customers and loosing money on sales....

Went to the back 2 comedians int he office and another sitting at a desk... knockec on the door said 'excuse me, do one of you guys want to get out here and attend to all these customers?' 'Oh sorry sir, were trying to get a price for a customer' i said 'takes 3 of you does it?' There faces turned to ****

Needless to say i wasn't impressed with that one... Was a Saturday though..

Went in today however and was like the first time i went in... felt like a pimpdaddy haha

The new Lexus MK dealership is very good. I had my LS430 serviced at 90K and a couple of things done and received great service - my wallet was a bit spanked but ............. they did a great job.

I am up for the 100K big one with cam belt change next week - that is really going to sting. I've just had a rear wheel bearing go duff and a parking sensor beep all the time -so the pain will be even worse. smile.gif

Great news. I might use them in future then as its alot closer than Leicester
