HI ALL

Just sold my platinum ice which consisted of black exmoor suede leathers

but now have bought a used lexus is200se in black with oakam interior but it has some stains  in the interior.

What is the best interior cleaner to use???
Bazza-old
it really depends on what the stains are ,and how long they have been there
stain devils do little bottles for just about any stain
i keep a bottle in cubby hole just in case

thanks where i do i purchase it from?halfords?

the stains vary cigerette stains etc consistent with the age of the car T 1999 covered 62000 miles
is there a specific stain removal that make the oakam interior look new????

Meguires (yes, again...) do a leather cleaner and a leather conditioner. Very good, but only used them on black, can't swear they would take out stains on cream leather.
BUT be very careful not to get the conditioner on the suede. If you're a bit clumsy like me, I'd be tempted to use a bit of masking tape to protect the suede. Low-tack tape from B&Q or Homebase or other decorating shop.

Stain Devils can be bought from any large supermarket - Sainsburys or Tesco or suchlike.

For the suede, you can buy foam cleaner in a can for shoes - would imagine it would work fine on car interior. You'll need a suede brush, too, to raise the nap on the material afterwards.

Failing that, pay someone to valet it for you - that would get rid of the smell as well :D

Any help on how to remove a mark I have on my driver's seat would be greatly appreciated. See this thread

You could go to your nearest dealer and ask the valeting guys what they use..... :withstupid:

Read my other post, and you'll see that my local dealer's valeter couldn't remove it with his "secret formula" either
