Still trying to decide what to buy Altezza/IS200/IS300 etc, then I saw an ad in Autotrader for the TOMS Altezza. I luuurrrve that NETZ kit! Because I love it, that must mean I am not going to be able to get it anywhere for love nor money right?!!

Is it available under any other name/brand and I take it, it would fit straight to an IS at they pretty much the same thing, or is my novice experience with these cars being shown as obvious here!!!!!!

Thx

no such thing as Toms netz bodykit.

the NETZ name is a trade name for a chain of specialist Toyota dealers, and the parts they sell , dealing with after market parts and accessories for TOYOTA Cars

TOMS on the other hand is a tuning company in Japan, who is not owned by Toyota, as some think...

the bodykit as fitted to the TOMS 280 T is.......the TOMS 280T bodykit, available ...once upon a time, from...........TOMS

I think you'll find the 280T was a joint effort between TOMS & NETZ dealers.

Good luck finding a kit though. You may be able to find a fiberglass replica at best

There was a Netz RS200 that had a different grill & front lip. All I've seen are blue. They have blue on black interiors & the engine cover is also blue. They're rarer than hens teeth but.

I have the opportunity to snatch up a tom's 280T T.E.C.S. ECU.
I am just trying to get an idea if that sort of thing would be worth bringing with me when I come to England...
as in, would anyone be interested in it if i did, or would it be a poor investment?

I tried one of those ECU's in my Altezza. I wasn't impressed. It actually made the car slower. With out a turbo I wouldn't bother.
If you can get one from a N/A (T.E.C.II - 89600-TSE11-MT) then I'd give that a go.
