OK guy's & gal's, I think it's time that I changed the plug's on my ol' GS, but I'm not sure whether to go for standard, iridium, platinum...
What would you suggest?

Not sure which plugs the GS takes, but what I do know is that iridum plugs are best suited for Lexus/Toyota engines.

You should be ok with Denso or NGK plugs.

its dead easy, get a new gasket for the Y pipe to throttle body as well.....

Iridium FTW!! Denso [b]IK16[/b] or NGK [b]BKR5EIX11[/b] are the recommended plugs for a 2JZGE

If you drive it hard you could go a heat range cooler to improve top end. Part numbers would be IK20 or BKR6EIX11
