hi guys my cd wont except any disc .if i try to force it in you can hear a motor running but it still will not go in ,it is not showing a error code is it beyond repair or is it cheeper to fit a after market item regards is 200 sport year 2000

with having the premium sound system in the sport they have built in amps, if you fit an after market one whom ever fits it will have to bypass the amp!
i got qouted £400 + for a after market cd player.

would suggest it would be cheaper to get it repaired.

cheaper to fix by your self choose yor head unit then buy a bypass lead off ebay and a facia kit off ebay infact i might have a facia kit in the garage some where not hard at all to do

many thanks for the replys i am going to have a go myself chose a new head unit kenwood dpx503u reasonable price i thought , can you please advise any problems i may encounter ? regards if anyone can list the parts i require to complete it would be helpful again regards

i have a head unit with 6 cd changer and midi player and original amp if you want for £150 inc postage
