Hello all

I've got an annoying squeaky noise that comes from the passenger seat, when going over bumps and when car vibrates.

Lexus said it may be the seatbelt stalk - but having tried this its not. The noise stops when someone sits in the seat!

Any ideas???

Usually this is down to the belt clip part rattling, but if this has been changed then must be the seat, probably the mounts or something, maybe a nut come loose?

I had the front left corner mount bolt come out on the drivers seat, so it rocked when I was in it. Take it to the dealer, they will sort it out for you.

I have to go back to reading soon to get my air conn regassed -- machine had broke the first time!! Getting a nice IS300 Sport Cross as courtesy car - nice they are nice men down there you know!

Had that on my previous IS after about 8K miles! Sounds like it may be a matter of time before this one does it too

I had a squeak from the passenger seat but it was from the adjustment lever under the seat.

I have a small rattle form the drivers side pillar seat belt mount that I don't know how to fix

and me , i was blaming the mrs for being to heavy handed . oooooops better go and say sorry !

lucky they made the later cars with both front seats electric
