I was wondering if having a sticking caliper (say pins and piston) meaning that the car would pull to one side, mean that the front tyres would wear in an uneven manor?

I ask as my fronts have worn more on the OS front inner than the NS front has and apart from the many roundabouts where I live, I did have a sticking caliper for a while, which meant I had to steer off line a bit.

Just wondering if this could attribute to the uneven wear?
