Hi all and sorry for the spelling mistakes to follow. How do you change the interior light bulb the set that i where the rear view mirror i have looked all through the Lexus owners book and am unable to find anything in there about it. I have also tried to use a flat headed screw driver to prise it open and i cant do it any thoughts ?

I personally wouldn't use a screwdriver to avoid damaging the plastic accidentally, it comes off really easily just using your fingers

Just don't put any pressure on the clear bit, as that could break it off the rest of the housing.

i just prised it off with my fingers, but does any1 know what bulb it is?

thanks - the interior front bulb - Ba9 just refers to the bulb base design. Do you know the part number (R***)?
The bulb I've taken out is a 10W domed glass one.

Sorry mate, thats all the info i have, hopefully someone that has changed thiers will be along shortly.

There just known as BA9 get then in Halfords or any car spares shop they are not specific to Lexus
changed mine for a 6 watt led one tis excellent
