Had an excellent time racing Rod Stewart in his Diablo, when I was in my DB7.

Passed him on the A1 then he took the bait. We stopped at some lights at South Mimms roundabout and he complimented me on my car so did the same in return (wanted to compliment him on his choice of women, Penny Lancaster was with him, but my missus would have gone mental ;) ) Then after a couple of "off the line getaways" at the lights around the roundabout he asked if I wanted to go for it at the last set before the M25 :yahoo: :yahoo:

Sure enough we did and had an excellent race until we got into the usual M25 moving car park.

Nice bloke - they even gave us a wave when he pulled off at his turning :)
UKPulse
Frankie Howerd used to be a family friend, he came on various outings & holidays with us when I was a nipper.

Chris Eubank often eats at "Richards" in Brighton when I'm there. He will insist on parking his "jeep" just outside and turning the stereo up. Have chatted to him, but can't understand a word he says! ;)

Had a barney with Keith Floyd, all because I didn't want a piece of his birthday cake! Mind you, we were both p*ssed and I was gonna be  if I ate anything!
