We've all done it, I'm sure...

Been driving down an A-road, seen a road sign, and had a chuckle at some of the names of towns...

My fave's have to be:

1. Box
2. Beer
3. Giggleswick
4. Wigglesworth

Use to pass a signpost to the 'Land of Nod' quire regularly when travelling between Wakefield and Flamborough which I always used to laugh at...

Someone sent me a picture of a place in the States called D i c k Lick Springs, :whistling:

In the UK i drove through a village called Tiddlywink, it consisted of about 5 houses,

Yeah, it's on the way to Castle Combe.. about 5 mins from where I live....

Also......did you know that NEWARK is the only place in England that has an anagram of (well,work it out!). I got that from a Jasper Carrot sketch of YEARS ago !

I always thought Five Mile Bottom was unusual (near Newmarket)

Or Bacon End (A120) if you're feeling peckish, but my favorite is still Ugley - home of the Ugley Womens Institute.... until they sussed that one - It's now the WI of Ugley.
