[font="Arial"][color=blue]does anyone hear a 'thud thud' sound on their mk2 gs when cornering on a sharp bend or going over a bump. noise comes form the drivers side. i thought it was my exhaust but when i got the car serviced they said everything was fine.
any advice would be appreciated as i am going to complain my wheels very soon.
any ideas
thanks

I had a similar thing on mine and it turned out to be the anti roll bar bushes. £22 quid later, problem solved.
I do have a cautionary tale to add though....
Subsequently I had the front pads replaced at a brake centre that shall remain nameless. they were fitted just before I went to France with JM Russell and have ever since knocked like they are loose in the caliper.
Loz, why don't you get them checked out??
well I am not sure where to take them. been so long now that the garage might tell me to pyss off. and Lexus will say, nothing to do with us mate. Want to replace them (and back discs) but don't want to pay lexus prices... any ideas?
