Jac.

( Now got to count me pennys to see if i can afford the ebc green stuff pads and the blitz induction kit this month as well ) I suppose as the brakes are squeeking i should at least get the pads

Pads don't squeak mate - it's the shims. Get some copper grease on there
jac114
how do i know where they are squeeking from? and what bit do i grease... i thought they they had wear indicators built in that squeeked so that you new when they where getting low?

No worries on the wheel front Buddy. Like I said, just sorry they didn't get a clean before despatch. Not my style at all.

With regard to the brakes. mine have been a mare since I went outside Lexus for new pads. ate the rears, double quick, fronts seem to knock in the calliper as I come to a stop or set off... Needs sorting :duh:
Steve
yes.. the pads squeal when they are low... they are designed to do so.

well the 3 other times mine did it so!
