could be the URL is banned, or the original poster was banned

but why are url's banned? i thought the idea of a forum was to share knowledge, will find it and post it here but not sure why you would ban any url unless it was someone posting there stuff for sale

many URL's are blocked
mainly because they are undesirable or have content not suitable for general viewing
