Hi thinking of getting my car serviced does any one know the prices for the following
Full timing belt kit
Waterpump
My car has done 26k would the waterpump need changing

Just quoted 265 for the timing belt kit and 120 for the waterpump
Way too much, an one had their belt changed for less

Alot cheaper than toyota dealers, ive got a HKS belt so just need the waterpump, tensioners and idlers. Probably order the bits next month

you should be able to get the part numbers and take them to a Toyota (not Lexus) dealer, and get them for a reasonable price.
are you planning on doing the work yourself?

im gonna have the work done, ive got a quote from toyota and its way too much
