This is a proper longshot, but does anyone on here specialise in or know anyone else who specialises in commercial mortgages?

I work in property. What you looking for exactly? A few banks are still lending.

I am currently on contract to Aldermore Bank plc, who do commercial mortgages. No idea if they are good or not though as I don't have a commercial mortgage.

Thanks, I'm purchasing a hotel apartment (which I may have mentioned before) and the company that's supposed to be arranging finance for everyone who needs it keeps telling us to wait and they'll contact us, but we're getting closer and closer and they have nothing to say.

Obviously the short timescale isn't helping but it doesn't look particularly easy to find financing for this sort of property......do you know anyone who deals with this sort of thing?
