my friend just picked up the following car:

Toyota Altezza RS200 2.0 Automatic
Model is: SXE10

he needs to buy some parts like brake disc, oil filter, etc.

do any of you know any online sites/ebay stores that sell parts at reasonable prices?

Disc & pads will be the same as an IS (although some base models had single piston calipers which are shared with the ES300) so pays to double check first. Genuine oil filter is 90915-10003, same as a 90's Corolla & Celica etc.

thanks, how would we tell if its single piston?

by looking at it!

Single piston caliper (note the caliper has a half circle cut out of it)

Prolex UK have TOMS & TRD air filters (IS300 use the same filter)
