I have seen something similiar. well sort of.
Many years ago whilst away in Newquay, Cornwall. A Sherpa van had a similiar picture painted on its side. This is where the similarity ends because the van belonged to a British Leyland enthusiast who was advertising his services. It was a painting of an Austin Allegro...........Estate.

For some strange reason I took a picture.
