Hello everyone.

Just bought second hand IS200 17" alloy wheels.

They do have a some pitting, kerb damage etc but as I will probably have no chance with Lexus to refurbish them free of charge due to the common faults with these allloys and also don't know about the warranty.

Does anybody know where there is a good place to get them refurbished? Bristol area.

Cheers.
Steve ( West Mids )
There is a fout year warranty on alloys and radio now, due to problems. Do you qualify?

As i bought them second hand I don't know how old the car was they came off? - Even if I did and they were still under warranty how would I go about proving this to Lexus?

The only thing I can think off is getting the registration number of the car from the person who sold me the alloys and checking this against Lexus records to see if it is still under warranty.

what do you think?

If they are standard LEXUS alloys, why tell them that they came off another car?
and if your car is not more than four yrs old then go see your local friendly
Lexus dealer who will refurb them F.O.C no icon14.gif asked

Steve,

I checked this four year warranty with Lexus HO and they said it was only on the Stereo not the wheels.

They have offered to replace mine at half price with refurbished Lexus wheels at only 399 fitted! censored.gif

Next time I shall buy a Beamer or Merc, at least I expect sh!t service from them not Lexus.
